What happens if an accident occurs?
In the event of an accident, as with any other vehicle, the following applies:
- The police are notified.
- The incident is documented and recorded.
- The customer submits a damage report to us.
- Our insurance company will then take care of the processing.
What is included in the monthly price?

How is the car insured?
As self-drive rental vehicles, all of our vehicles are fully comprehensive insured . This means the customer is comprehensively covered in the event of damage.
Where can I pick up the car?
Regular pickup and return takes place at our location at Eversbuschstraße 87 in Munich-Allach .
Upon request and by arrangement, we also offer delivery of the vehicle.
